If you are having issues, we are usually online for support M-F from 9am-1pm MST. We are quick to answer anything for BG+ members. For our free members, we are also here, but the response time can take a few days.
For transcriptions, the rule of thumb has always been to transcribe what is on the stone. Personally though, I would write nicknames in the epitaph box. Why? because it makes searching easier for people when the proper name is used not the nickname.
Also for help we have a "get help" section that nearly covers every topic associated on our website. This can be found here: https://support.billiongraves.com/support/home If there is something missing, feel free to let us know and we will be happy to write up an article explaining in detail how to do anything associated with the website. :)
I happened to see it the other day, but I didn't try it yet. That's a great idea!
I have lost my all-time records? Why?
I had a legacy 5 people follow to BilliongGraves Plus for being a paid member at the time Plus was created. I seem to have lost that capability?
@firstname.lastname@example.org Do you have more than one email account? I am unsure of what you are asking exactly, but usually when people are not seeing things that used to be in their account, it is because they have more than one email set up and need accounts merged. Let me know at the help desk if this is the issue. I am always happy to merge accounts.
Yes, I do have two email addresses being used:
he dhdodd.com does have my statistics. I Didn't realize I had an account under both. Looks like you can delete the email@example.com
I started taking pictures for Billiongraves in 2011. At that time you could buy the ability to buy getting notified when there was an addition of a surname, I realize the cost was very low, 1.99 I think. When BH+ came along, I believe we were grandfathered in at five names we could follow without putting out money for BG+ . I no longer see that capability. I am guessing the new company threw away the grandfathers.
