#1 Locate your confirmation number in the email with your purchase receipt.

#2 Take screenshot of receipt (remove sensitive information).

#3 Submit a ticket to Customer Support.

#4 Select Subscription in the Type dropdown list.

#5 Describe the problem in the Description box.

#6 Click + Attach a file at the bottom of the form.

#7 Select your screenshot file.

#8 Click Open.

#9 When finished filling in ticket, click Submit.



Make sure your email for the receipt matches your account login. Sometimes people create two accounts that will need to be merged. One account will have BG+ and the other will be free. (Free accounts have ads.)
