Note: This is best done with multiple photos being taken of the same monument since only about 25 people can be saved on one transcription at a time. 

From the Translation Page

#1 Click on the Memorial Wall/Mausoleum Button

#2 Type in the given name and information of an individual into the transcribe photos box.

#2 After transcribing each individual's name click the blue Save Person button. (You will notice that only two records will be on the form at a time.  The rest are saved at the top under the number of records.)

#3 When finished with the entire wall, click Done.
