#1 Locate your confirmation email with purchase receipt.

#2 Take screenshot of receipt (remove sensitive information).

#3 Submit a ticket to Customer Support.

#4 Select Subscription in the Type dropdown list.

#5 Describe the problem in the Description box.

#6 Click + Attach a file at the bottom of the form.

#7 Select your screenshot file.

#8 Click Open.

#9 When finished filling in ticket, click Submit.
