When you are taking photos at a cemetery, you can add a picture of the front entrance or of the cemetery property.

Take a photo with the BillionGraves app on your smartphone or tablet:

#1 From the main screen of the app, tap on Find Cemeteries.

#2 Select a cemetery by tapping on a cemetery pin and then the name of the cemetery.

#3 Tap on the white icon on the right-hand side of the blue bar that is labeled Take Picture.

#4 Select Cemetery Entrance

#5 Take a photo of the cemetery entrance and/or cemetery property.

If this is an image you have on your computer that you would like to add: 

#1 Click Search BillionGraves to find an existing cemetery.

#2 Click the + button next to Images of Cemetery. 

#3 Drop the file or upload into the box and click done. 

If this is a photo you came across during transcription: 

#1 Click on the red flag in the right-hand corner of the screen.

#2 Choose Cemetery Gate or Property (Not a headstone). This will move the photos out of the transcription queue and into the images for the entire cemetery.
