BillionGraves Main Website Page:

#1 Log in to BillionGraves.

#2 Hover over Volunteer (main menu).

#3 Click More.

#4 Click Upload Supporting Records.

#5 Choose From: Burial Records or Death Certificates.



For Burial or Death Certificates

#1 From the Add A Record page Choose a type. (Burial, Death Certificate, Historic Record, Memorial, Obituary, or Other)

#2 Find a cemetery using the search fields.

#3 Click the Cemetery name.

#4 Drop image on to image box, or use CLICK TO ADD IMAGE FILES.

#5 Click ADD MORE FILES or UPLOAD FILES AND CONTINUE.

#6 Choose method of Disposition. ( How the body was handled: burial, cremation, donation, entombment, removal from state, other)

#7 Fill out the name on the record.

#8 Fill out the events on the record.

#9 Are family members names on the record?  Yes, Proceed to #10 No, Proceed to #11.

#10 Fill out Relationships including marital status and parents information.

#11 Is there military information on this record? Yes, Proceed to #12 No Proceed to #13.

#12 Fill out Military Information.

#13 Fill out any additional notes include sources of the information SO IMPORTANT FOR OTHERS.
