Step 1:  Click on the Help tab. 






Step 2:  A pop-up will appear.  You can either look at help desk articles or click Contact us. 

Step 3:  If you choose to contact us, fill out the form and click Send


After the email is sent, an agent will try to answer your ticket within 24 hours on a typical working week.  Our office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.  If a ticket is sent on one of those two days, it will be responded to as soon as possible on the next working day.*
