How do I transcribe multiple individuals on a headstone? 

Many headstones will contain records of multiple individuals or families. These can easily be saved onto the form.  

To transcribe these images follow these steps:

1.  Type in the name of the first individual and their information onto the form.  

2.  Choose "Save Person".  

3.  Type in the name of the next individual on the form. 

4. Choose "Save Person".

5.  Follow these same steps for each person on the headstone.  When finished, choose "Done". 

(Choosing "Done" will clear out the form and save the transcription.)

To add multiple notes or epitaphs for multiple individuals, please type the name of the person followed by the information on the form.

Jeannie Riddle Field- Wife of William M. Field.

William M. Field- Born in Ireland

James Riddle Field- Son of W.M. & J.R. Field.
