Here is an explanation of why we think the app has not been working for some users, and why the new version that is in the testing phase at the Google Play store should fix it.  Below is the link to use the test version of the app.
We recently changed the security certificate provider (Certificate Authority) for the BillionGraves servers. Some devices didn’t automatically receive this new CA, so they no longer recognize our server as “trusted.” When that happens, your phone refuses to create a secure connection, which is why you can't log in or upload photos even though your internet connection is fine. This update includes the new security certificate information directly inside the app. That means your device will no longer have to rely on its outdated list of trusted authorities to connect securely to our servers, so:

  • You can log in again.
  • Photo uploads and other network features will work normally.
  • Your connection is still fully encrypted and secure.
