#1 Click the browser refresh button, or press ctrl+r (PC) or cmd+r (Mac).

#2 Log out of your BillionGraves account.

#3 Log in to your BillionGraves account.

#4 Try editing the transcription.

#5 Save changes.

#6 If the edits didn’t save, submit a ticket to Customer Support.
