If you delete your account, you will lose all recognition for any contributions to BillionGraves. All photos, transcriptions, edits, and other contributions will be attributed to a generic BillionGraves account. Once this is done, it is permanent and the account CANNOT be recovered. Deleting your account DOES NOT reverse charges on the renewal of your subscription. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund.

If you have a concern, rather than canceling your entire account and losing all of your data, please submit a ticket to Customer Support and we will be happy to see what we can do to help you.

#1 Log in to BillionGraves.com.

#2 Click the settings  gear icon. It is located on the BillionGraves Dashboard page at the top of            the left-hand column).

#3 Scroll to the Account section at the bottom of the page.

#4 Click the Delete Account button.
