If you delete your account, you will lose all recognition for any contributions to BillionGraves. All photos, transcriptions, edits, and other contributions will be attributed to a generic BillionGraves account. Once this is done, it is permanent and the account CANNOT be recovered. Deleting your account DOES NOT reverse charges on the renewal of your subscription. Deleting your account DOES NOT entitle you to a refund.

If you have a concern, rather than canceling your entire account and losing all of your data, please submit a ticket to Customer Support and we will be happy to see what we can do to help you. 

Step 1: Click on the gear button in the right-hand corner of the landing page next to the settings icon. 

Step 2:  Scroll down the bottom of the page and click on the red delete account button. 

Once the account is deleted, we cannot recover the items in the account.  You will not receive a refund for your subscription, as it too will be lost.
