Help Desk articles are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  

Our customer service agents are live on the website M-F 9am-2pm MST. You must however, use the ticketing system.   

Priority customers tickets are always answered first, daily. They have access to tickets 24 hours a day 7 days a week on each page with a help button. Live agents are still only available in the above hours, but priority tickets are always answerered first, daily.   

Free users will have their emails answered in the order the tickets were received. If you created a ticket over the weekend, or on our off hours, and are a free user, you may have to wait 24-72 hours for a response.
