Help Desk Articles Are Available 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week.  


Our customer service agents are live on the website at different times of the day, Monday through Friday.  Tickets are answered on a first come first serve basis with priority customers always being at the front of the line. 


Priority customers tickets are always answered first, daily. They have access to tickets 24 hours a day 7 days a week on each page with a help button. We will try to get to your tickets first on a daily basis. Please note that we do not have live agents online on Saturday and Sunday or major holidays observed in the United States.  Tickets created over the weekend or on holidays will be responded to the following Monday or the day after a holiday.  If the ticket load is high, you may need to wait an extra day to have the ticket responded to. 


Free users will have their emails answered in the order the tickets were received. If you created a ticket over the weekend, or in our heavy peak season you may have to wait 24-72 hours to several days for a response depending on the ticket load.
