  3. Please include the following mandatory items in your bug report: Make/Model of Device, Application Version, OS Version, all information necessary for support to reproduce the issue.

  4. Make sure you can reproduce the bug with the information provided before contacting support.

  5. Contact Customer Support.

Note: Bug fixes take time. Please do not expect that a fix will be right away. The process may take 2-3 weeks.
