Uploading Photos

  • You can upload your photos right at the cemetery if you have unlimited data or you can wait until you have connected to WiFi to upload.
    • From the main screen of the phone app, click on the 'Photos' button.
    • Click on the orange 'Upload' button.
    • That's all there is to it! If you want more information about uploading click HERE

Still not working? We're so sorry you are having trouble! Here are some ideas to try:

On the BillionGraves App

#1 Tap cancel and then tap upload again.

#2 Leave your app open while you are uploading. Sometimes the upload process will stop if it is interrupted by a phone call or another app updating. If you have a lot of photos to upload, try clicking upload just before you go to bed at night. This will give the app uninterrupted time to upload.

On the BillionGraves App
#1 Tap on Dashboard.
#2 If you’re not logged in then enter your BillionGraves account email address and password.
#3 If you are already logged in try logging out and then login again.
#4 To log out, from the “Dashboard” screen tap Account Settings.
#5 Tap Log Out.
