  4. Please include the following mandatory items in your bug report: 


  • OS version for computer
  • Browser Information
  • URL of Page
  • All information necessary for support to reproduce the issue.



  • Make sure you can reproduce the bug with the information provided before contacting support.

  • Contact Customer Support with the information.

Note: Bug fixes take time. Please do not expect that a fix will be right away. The process may take 2-3 weeks.
